Additional information:
These roles are Permanent, Part-time, 40hrs/fortnight.
Applications close Thursday 6 June .
The position will require you to work shifts between 9am to 9:30pm.
As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).
If your application is progressed, you will be invited to a Group Assessment Centre.

About this work area

As Sales Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Engaging and assist customers in understanding their needs and providing your knowledge on IKEA products and services to support their purchasing decisions.
Actively participating in selling products with a positive attitude and contribute to business goals and growth.
Maintaining a clean and organised sales area, ensuring all products are properly priced and fully stocked.
Building strong relationships with your team and other departments to promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

As Sales Co-worker you are and/or have:
Passionate about learning and sharing the IKEA product range with customers.
Able to prioritise multiple tasks and are comfortable with on-the-job physical activity.
Adopt a customer-focused mindset and strive to deliver a memorable shopping experience.
A friendly attitude and are comfortable with connecting and interacting with people.
