**Description**:
**What’s involved**:
Based in Richmond, Victoria, the eCommerce Sales Coordinator is a 6 month full time contract position. You will be involved in the overall coordination and implementation of the eCommerce strategy to deliver the required brand equity and sales revenue growth for the Direct to Consumer (DTC) Business, in alignment with the company’s mission, vision and values.

**Who you will be working with**:
Reporting to the Head of eCommerce, you’ll be working with a small, tight-knit team of passionate, digitally-savvy sales & marketing professionals working across Content, Social Media, Digital Marketing and online Customer Experience.

Every day will be different, but your main responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating and implementing the campaign calendar across our 5 eCommerce sites.
- Sales monitoring across all sites.
- Management of supporting pages on our eCommerce platform.
- Updating monthly volume forecasts by product.
- Product set-up, merchandising and management.
- Coupon creation and management.
- Online Inventory Management.
- Monitoring order shipments, liaising with the warehouse as required.

Liaising with Customer Services as required regarding eCommerce campaigns, customer enquiries etc.

**Skills and Experiences**:
**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in eCommerce.
- Experience in eCommerce and/or direct consumer sales. Knowledge of WooCommerce platform would be highly regarded.
- Strong commercial awareness and enthusiasm for developing new initiatives.
- Analytical and sales focused with the ability to be reactive when required.
- Online subscription sales experience will be highly regarded.
- Wine or beverages experience will be highly regarded.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Excel and adept at quicky picking up new systems and processes.
- Knowledge of HTML, WordPress, Photoshop.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Team orientated with ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal, written, interpersonal, negotiation.
- Flexible and the ability to work under pressure.
- Down to earth with a sense of humour.
- Current drivers licence (desirable).
