About the role
Our business has set up a new major Capital Works program. We are currently embarking upon one of the biggest capital works programs in the organisation's history, with significant upgrades of our manufacturing and logistics sites to ensure we can meet our future business objectives.
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager on a full-time basis, who excels in leading complex building, plant, and infrastructure upgrades, driving positive change, and developing strong leadership skills. You will lead a project team for our Bradford Installation site in Ingleburn, which is currently at planning phase for 3 x major plant upgrade projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans (scope, objectives, resourcing, costs, and milestones) to provide a consolidated view across all functions and/or workstreams.
- Lead a project team in intrusive brownfield upgrades of to $50m
- Manage, review, and prioritize the project work plans with the objective of delivering the scope and stay on time and on budget. In cases of an agile iterative approach, deliver value iteratively and navigate risks and issues early.
- Track budget, benefits, timelines, issues, and risks / opportunities of the project against plan.
- Understand project methodologies including experience in delivery of business outcomes with software and business components.
- Able to build and maintain relationships and communicate across many different functions and organization levels.
What you bring to the role
- Degree in Mechanical or other Engineering or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to successfully deliver projects in complex brownfield manufacturing environments to an agreed scope on time and within budget.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Liaising with Supplier& a strong focus around stakeholder engagement
- Demonstrated Leadership & Technical success.
