We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead our team at WNS Global Services. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of complex technical projects.

Job Description

The Senior Technical Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading cross-functional teams of developers, analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Coordinating with customers to understand their requirements and providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Ensuring that all technical aspects of projects are properly documented and maintained.
  • Collaborating with the development team to identify and resolve technical issues.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in managing large-scale IT projects.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
  • Knowledge of J2EE, .Net, RDBMS platforms (Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server) and object-oriented technology stacks.

You should also possess:

  • An IT degree or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in leading a team of developers.
Requirements

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
