Based at our VBAM facility in Dandenong, an opportunity exists for a vibrant person to join our successful sales team. In this 12 month fixed term role you will be responsible to Manage the VBAM SME Telesales Customer base by ensuring customer loyalty through achievement of superior service through planned and allocated target calls.

As an active participant in all areas, you are a highly self-motivated and proactive Inside Sales Representative, who will thrive in this highly autonomous and dynamic role. You will have a history of Inside Sales, communication with customers and must be able to demonstrate genuine enthusiasm, motivation and reliability as well as can self-manage. Your strong customer service values are essential and an eye for detail is paramount. You will need to be able to concurrently manage multiple tasks whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism. This is an exciting and diverse role, focused on relationship management and the development of your client portfolio.   

With a solid history within or aspiration to work in Inside Sales and B2B Sales within manufacturing or FMCG you will:

Gain an understanding of our customers, the product we make and the manufacturing process.
Manage Telesales Customer base by ensuring customer loyalty through achievement of superior service through planned and allocated target calls
Liaise with all relevant departments to drive mutually profitable outcomes promoting the “One Visy”
High level of Microsoft Excel knowledge and Intermediate Level Microsoft word skills
To be considered you must have:

Experience in an fast paced environment ideally within the Manufacturing or FMCG industry
You are able to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels - building relationships will be key for success in this role
High level of Microsoft Excel knowledge Intermediate Level Microsoft word skills
You are a clear and confident communicator and as such you can positively influence outcomes to achieve outstanding results for both your customer and Visy
