We have an exciting opportunity for a National Manager – Field Services to manage the national Data#3 Field Services business, driving the value of the solution offered in market to develop and enhance the Field Services business. Ensure the growth of the Field Services business and ensure exceptional customer service is delivered to Field Services customers.

What will I be doing

  • Provide revenue and cost forecasting to relevant Data#3 teams
  • Provide ‘cost vs sell’ analysis of existing and new Managed Field Services customers to Data#3 Account Executives and management
  • Provide Field Services Practice and Presales support as required to assist the sale of Field Services solutions
  • Submit Proposal Review Board in SFDC when required
  • Update the Field Services commercials / rate card for each market as required
  • Maintain high levels of customer engagement with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Ensure a strong understanding of customer contracts under which Field Services resources are utilised
  • Management and resolution of customer concerns or queries
  • Participate in strategic account planning for key customers with relevant sales team members
  • Develop and promote the Field Services team by regularly communicating the team’s capabilities to Data#3 Sales teams and completing Sales Enablement
  • Coordinate, manage and oversee all Field Services opportunities to ensure quality and consistent services are provided to customers
  • Manage and effectively collaborate with the management of required sub-contractor resources
  • Work in conjunction with the Marketing team to create or refine case studies
  • Have a thorough understanding of the resources market, including the varying experience levels associated with each role

Leadership and Management

  • Manage the recruitment, retention and resourcing requirements of Field Services resources
  • Regularly provide performance feedback to Field Services resources
  • Proactively address performance and conduct concerns in accordance with OD&HR and Industrial Relations policies and processes.
  • Manage and monitor staff administrative procedures relating to customer billing and time recording
  • Maintenance Services.

What experience will I need?

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a successful IT service delivery environment or recruitment company
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams across varying roles with multiple customers
  • Proven experience developing and/or managing a resource pool of technical staff, including sub-contractors
  • Demonstrated work history of ethical business practice
  • Highly developed leadership and team management capabilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly developed written and oral communication with internal and external stakeholders, at all organisational levels
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills 
  • Highly developed organisational and time management skills 
  • Highly developed conflict resolution skills
