Job Summary

We're looking for an experienced shift leader or someone with management experience in casual dining or similar to join our team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. As a leader in our restaurants, you'll be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing Team Members from all walks of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and mentor Team Members to achieve their full potential
  • Lead by example, living Nando's core values in your day-to-day life
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance
  • Manage inventory, labor, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives

Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role or management experience in casual dining or similar
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
