The Venue 

Justin Hemmes and executive chef Mike Eggert’s (Totti’s) new restaurant lounge, Good Luck captures the spirit of the 1970s’ underground scene by way of Brooklyn, Tokyo or Hong Kong – taking its inspiration from all over. Expect their playful approach dialled right up, and a menu that can’t be pinned down to one cuisine.

Hidden in the basement of Burns Philip & Co building on Bridge Street, the main dining room is framed by three large live seafood tanks, two wine rooms, private and semi-private dining rooms, and a bar. With enticing entrees like sashimi plates, a fresh live tank, spicy noodles, sweet Yuzu almond baba, and sizzling grill, you’ll certainly feel lucky to be there. As Mike says, “It’s just great food with a side of party”.

We are looking for someone who has experience in high volume elevated dining restaurants.
