Your Organisation

Based in the South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, you will be joining a leading global organisation to assist their Talent Acquisition Team

Your Role

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and working alongside a high performing team, your role will include:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from posting ads, sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking and raising employment offers.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure a perfect fit.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment solutions.
  • Team collaboration:Work efficiently with the HR Team and management to make the recruitment experience great

Your Profile

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor with proven experience within your field, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
  • Solid experience in Agency or inhouse recruitment/talent roles
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • The ability to work quickly and accurately
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
  • Ability to understand and execute on a variety of job roles across the business.

Experience working within manufacturing industry will be highly regarded. 

You will have a down to earth nature, and a natural ‘get up and go’ personality. You will be reliable, you take pride in your work and have a confident and professional attitude.
