**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment and administrative support to hiring managers across the EPA.

This is an exciting role for a talent acquisition advisor who wants to contribute to the success of the EPA as it enters a new era of environmental protection in Victoria. Working under the broad direction of the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will actively contribute to a positive organisational culture and ensure you achieve the highest standards of performance and integrity; including fostering genuine partnerships across all levels of government, industry and community to support the delivery organisational outcomes.

**In this role you will**:

- Use your initiative to prioritise tasks and monitor your workflow in the delivery of organisational priorities in accordance with approved project / service plans, achieving the highest standards of performance, accountability, collaboration, ethics, and integrity.
- Actively contribute to the development of a positive and high performing team culture, by identifying and implementing opportunities to improve teamwork practices.
- Provide hiring manager support and specialist end-to-end recruitment services that represent best practice recruitment, managing administrative tasks associated with the recruitment process.
- Demonstrate a high level understanding of recruitment sourcing, tools, implementing sourcing strategies, plans to drive an inclusive and diverse workforce.
- Partner with divisional people leaders, proactively leading and supporting the workforce requirement and building on improvements for the Talent Acquisition practices.
- Manage multiple recruitment processes including engagement with internal and external stakeholders consistently and in a timely manner.
- Undertake and support the business with the centralised recruitment process whilst ensuring that all Government, Jobs and Skills Exchange Policies, EPA policies and procedures, such and financial management, occupational health and safety, and conduct are complied with.
- Represent the EPA positively in engaging with the community and duty holders to build knowledge and awareness of the laws that protect our environment and human health from pollution and waste, and the role of EPA as Victoria’s independent environmental regulator.

**Skills and experience**
- Relevant formal studies in human resources or a related discipline are desirable.
- Experience in administrative coordination, recruitment, preferably within Government.
- Familiarity with a contemporary HCM platform (e.g. Success Factors, Oracle) to advanced user standard is desirable.
- Demonstrated capability to deliver projects / programs to plan, including the management of risks, prioritisation of tasks, monitoring of workflow; and contributing to the evaluation of project/program effectiveness; use of initiative to identify, communicate, and address delivery risks and opportunities to improve organisational outcomes.
- A proven record of achievement in a similar role contributing to organisational excellence, high standards of performance and a positive organisational culture.
- Proven ability to work as an effective member of a cohesive team, with a demonstrated commitment to the successful delivery of the highest organisational priorities; proven capability to build and sustain enduring relationships to enable the collaborative delivery of outcomes and achievement of goals and targets.
