About The Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Product Coordinator to join our Health and Life Insurance Commercial Team at Compare the Market. In this dynamic role, you will be integral in managing product-related processes, ensuring seamless coordination across departments, and driving quality assurance. You will act as the main point of contact for product requests, issues, and inquiries, providing swift, accurate resolutions and maintaining comprehensive documentation.

As the Product Coordinator, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, streamline workflows, and ensure product information aligns with business goals. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to product improvements that enhance our customers' experience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage incoming product-related requests and inquiries via designated channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Conduct issue triage, troubleshooting, and escalate critical matters as needed.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on product data and pricing files to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with various teams to address and resolve product-related issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of product workflows, processes, and investigations.
  • Prepare reports summarising ongoing investigations, issue resolutions, and emerging trends.
  • Act as a liaison between internal departments, such as Partner Management, Delivery, and Customer Service.
  • Ensure product-related processes support the company's strategic goals and continuous improvement efforts.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in product coordination, managing product requests, and conducting investigations.
  • Familiarity with private health and life insurance industry practices (advantageous).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira, Product Board, or similar platforms.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
