The Opportunity - Full Time

The Marketing Operations team plays a pivotal role in ensuring we are getting the best out of our significant marketing operation. They are focused on driving an efficient and effective marketing delivery process that produces high performing marketing assets at speed, along with supporting operational efficiency across the marketing department.
 
An opportunity has arisen in the Marketing Operations team for a Graphic Designer with video editing skills to support Greenstone and its wider group of companies on a 9 month contract.

The Graphic Designer will conceptualise and implement design solutions that meet Greenstone marketing strategies for a wide range of graphic design applications (including print, digital and video).

What are we looking for?

• Tertiary level qualifications e.g. diploma/degree in graphic design and/or visual communications
• A broad range of graphic design experience approx. 3-5 years in both print and online
• Highly developed skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop (hi-end masking and managing multiple layers), Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro and Acrobat on a MAC platform
• Digital creative design experience (including animation)
• Experience with video editing, including sound editing skills with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• Proficient in creating motion graphics, animated titles in After Effects
• Working knowledge of pre-press ink weights and profiling
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to working in a collaborative team environment
• Excellent time management skills, to meet set deadlines and workflow effectively
• High level of attention to detail, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Highly developed initiative, creativity and organisational skills
• Extensive knowledge of the processes required to take projects from concept through to completion for print and online

Desirable

• Relevant industry experience, preferably in a corporate environment (agency experience also regarded)
• Experience or familiarity with accessibility standards
