What your exciting days will look like: 

  • Developing overall content strategy, ensuring content is localized and meets market-specific compliance.
  • Using data and collaborating with the Customer Success team to create self-help experiences that reduce customer friction and contact.
  • Working with Customer Success, Product, and Design teams to enhance user experience and identify and apply best practices within and across teams.
  • Identify new resources and solutions that deliver excellent self-help experiences, empower customers to self-serve, and create scalable processes for the team.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Proven track record in creating and optimizing content such as articles, digital, video, self-help & support resources etc.
  • Experience using tools such as Google Docs, Gutenberg, WordPress & Jira
  • Strong operational and analytical skills, utilising data to inform content strategies and customer solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively with local and global colleagues, and influence cross-functional teams and departments.
  • Proven ability to advocate for customers and use data to tell compelling stories to make actionable recommendations.
