About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Editor to lead our content strategy across all digital platforms, driving the success of our brand through engaging and high-performing content.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in digital media, with a deep understanding of content management systems, photo editing, and analytic tools. They will be responsible for creating and editing clean, on-brand content across all digital platforms, using data and audience insights to inform their strategy.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a content strategy that meets audience and revenue targets
  • Creating and editing high-quality content across all digital platforms
  • Using SEO insights and tools to optimize existing content and convert to shoppable content
  • Working with the Digital Managing Editor and Brand Manager to ideate and execute commercial content opportunities
  • Ensuring all digital, social, shopping, and newsletter outputs are met for the brand
  • Regularly analyzing and reporting on performance across all channels and adjusting approach as required

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' experience in digital media, preferably in women's lifestyle
  • Experience with content management systems, photo editing, and analytic tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in content management and the development of content strategies
  • Strong content ideation skills
  • Strong understanding of SEO content
  • Basic understanding of commercial drivers for websites and digital sales processes
  • Experience as a team/people leader
