Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement a content strategy that engages and grows our audience
* Create and edit high-quality, on-brand content across all digital platforms
* Use SEO insights and tools to optimize existing content and convert to shoppable content
* Collaborate with the digital team to ensure consistency in operations, processes, and reporting
* Analyze and report on performance across all channels and adjust approach as required

Requirements:

* At least 5 years' experience in digital media, preferably in women's lifestyle
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in content management and the development of content strategies
* Strong content ideation skills
* Basic understanding of commercial drivers for websites and digital sales processes
* Experience as a team/people leader
