The opportunity

You’ll work in a dynamic team, collaborating with external digital marketing agencies and business development teams to manage end-to-end marketing campaigns. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in driving lead generation through programmatic campaigns and content strategies that nurture prospects through the marketing funnel.

​​​​​​​What you’ll be working on

  • Lead and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns focusing on lead nurturing, engagement, and business development.
  • Collaborate with external digital marketing agencies to implement programmatic campaigns that elevate brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Develop and execute lead nurturing strategies using email marketing, content distribution, and remarketing efforts.
  • Align marketing activities with business development goals, contributing to lead generation and revenue opportunities.
  • Analyse campaign performance, report insights, and provide recommendations to improve ROI.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, agency partners, and industry leaders to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide mentorship to junior team members and support the seamless execution of marketing activities.

  • A passion for digital marketing, with experience in lead nurturing and driving business development.
  • Proven experience working with digital marketing agencies to execute programmatic campaigns.
  • Ability to pivot between different marketing disciplines, from content creation to business development alignment.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing both internal and external partnerships.
  • Commercial acumen to evaluate lead quality and align marketing efforts with growth strategies.

​​​​​​​Skills and Expertise

  • 4+ years’ experience in marketing, communication, or PR, with a focus on digital marketing and lead nurturing.
  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing, public relations, communications, or equivalent.
  •  Experience in managing digital campaigns and collaborating with external agencies.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools like Marketo, Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and programmatic ad platforms.
