Outbound Sales Representative

WOW Recruitment is looking for an Outbound Sales Consultant to join their team in Sydney. Ideally, you will have full sales cycle experience and the ability to manage and covert sales leads. Joining a high-performing team, you will be working with monthly targets and enjoy an uncapped commission structure.

- $70k + Super + Comms OTE $130 - 140k (Uncapped)
About You:
- Previous Outbound Sales phone sales experience, ideally full sales cycle
- Previous experience managing inbound leads will be highly regarded.
- Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to work with KPIs and targets.

- Qualify and convert inbound leads into customers – B2B
- Proactively make outbound sales calls to connect with prospective clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions for their business.
- Explore new sales prospects and avenues and negotiate with clients.
- Seamlessly manage prospects using the Salesforce CRM system.
