About the Role;
To drive the strategic marketing approach and activity plan showcasing to members the ways the Everyday ecosystem brings joy to their everyday needs. 

To lead the Choice squad within the Everyday Brand & Marketing Tribe (Everyday Market, Everyday Mobile, Everyday Insurance) with a focus on awareness, consideration, integration & growth of Everyday, its benefits & its businesses. 

Key Responsibilities

Lead, develop and execute innovative marketing and brand initiatives/strategies Partner with Tribe Lead to deliver Everyday and Everyday propositions strategic roadmap Key role in ongoing management and stakeholder engagement of the Everyday Customer Plan Accountable for the successful delivery of campaigns, communications and creative delivered by the squad Lead and facilitate briefs, creative, strategies and deliverables within squad To provide strategic marketing thought leadership across the Everyday brands Support the integration of the propositions within the Everyday family as well as Woolworths supermarket and eCom Advocate and support the squad with agile ways of working by determining priorities, managing backlog, defining scope and measures of success Be a key point of contact for stakeholders and oversee the progression of projects Help escalate and/or unblock any obstacles to keep delivery on track Deliver presentations on activity, reporting and performance Accountable for making sure brand guidelines are adhered to  Leading the socialising of work internally to gain cross-functional support and engagement Leading the squad culture and actively engaging in wider leadership beyond formal remit


About You

To be successful in this role, you must have:  10+ years strategic marketing, advertising, communications experience 3 years eCommerce or Marketplace experience. Loyalty program experience preferred Extensive experience in delivering integrated marketing and communications plans that meet business and branding objectives Exceptional leadership skills, strategic marketing expertise, and a profound comprehension of the marketing landscape Agency best practice - what good briefs look like, evaluating work, getting the best out of partnerships How to use insights and data to inform strategies  Experience in adherence to legal requirements and risk management Demonstrable experience in delivering innovation and industry best-practice Demonstrated ability to influence, establish and maintain strong relationships with senior management Strong written and oral skills Leadership capabilities and the ability to work well in a pressured situation
