The Role:
The AO2 Assistant Conference Room Coordinator duties will include:
- Oversee room bookings and helping with physical room set-ups.
- Assist with audio/visual demonstrations for conference delegates.
- Processing invoices and coordinating with the marketing team to promote venue usage.
- Maintaining effective client communication.
- Occasional support for the facilities team, including setting up workstations and logging maintenance requests.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven ability to manage and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Experience working collaboratively in a team environment to achieve shared goals.
- Strong personal responsibility, with attention to detail and a commitment to completing tasks accurately.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage conflicts professionally.
- Familiarity with audio/visual equipment and conference room operations is highly desirable.
