Working extremely closely with all internal stakeholders within a well-tenured and close-knit team, you will be responsible for managing all active accounts and ensuring accounts are accurately maintained. You will play a pivotal role in the collection of payments, managing credit risk, building and maintaining customer relationships and contributing to maintain a positive cash flow.

Please note - you will be taking over a incredible ledger, no bad debt and no legal and it will be your responsibility to maintain this.

Your role

  • Credit risk - new credit applications, setting credit limits
  • Reconciliation of accounts, allocation and receipting of payments
  • Establishing payment terms - taking accounts on and off hold
  • Liaising with the sales teams with customer enquiries
  • Collections - ensuring prompt payment
  • Ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures through monitoring accounts
  • Prompt & efficient handling of all disputes and enquiries
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Effective time management skills within a busy, high-pressured and changing environment

To be successful in this role you will be required to have a proven credit/collections background (5 years +) in a busy, fast paced role. The most important aspect is that you are great at building relationships, not just with the clients but also the internal team.

As this role is a permanent positive with no sponsorship opportunities, you will need to be an Australian PR, New Zealand Citizen or Australian Citizen.
