We are looking for an Internal Communication Associate to join the Corporate Communications Team.
This is a hands-on role that will work with the Internal Communication Specialist and wider team for developing and executing a comprehensive internal communication strategy and program that aligns with the company's overall business objectives, engages employees, and fosters a positive and productive work environment. This includes channel management, enterprise employee communication events, campaigns, and news management and content development.
We work as an integrated communication team. This role can be performed remotely however we encourage a hybrid way of working to learn and develop alongside the team of experts in their field. The team is between Sydney and Melbourne offices so preference would be to have the ability to go into either of these offices.
Reporting into the Head of Corporate Communications APAC, we are ideally looking for someone with:
- At least some experience in a similar communication role preferable with an introduction to an internal function.
- Experience or familiarity with content management systems or content creation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with SharePoint, Teams, and Viva Engage is a plus.
- A passion and talent for writing.
- Experience with design software is preferred.
- Experience in designing and developing engaging video and interactive content.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelors degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or Marketing is preferred
