Highly regarded, dynamic financial services organisation is seeking a passionate and capable Internal Communications Manager to join their Technology division.

Reporting to the CIO, this key role will be an initial 6 month contract to start fairly immediately.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Supporting department and organisational alignment on technology activity by delivering timely and relevant communications to employees
- Planning and implementing a clear communication plan that supports engagement and understanding of Technology activities, including regular updates to Technology teams and regular updates to stakeholders
- Supporting technology managers in the development of clear, understandable communications to stakeholders, including management information reporting
- Creating and managing intranet content relevant to Technology activities
- Supporting the development of external communications showcasing capability, in partnership with the External Communications team, Technology Managers and 3rd parties

**You will have**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in communications or similar
- Approximately 5+ years’ experience in a communications role, ideally in the technology or financial services sector
- Proven internal communications experience and exposure supporting a technology team
- Ability to craft high-quality content in a fast-paced environment whilst being able to prioritise and work on multiple projects within tight timeframes
- Demonstrated expertise in managing communications campaigns, working proactively and reactively, with a strong focus on employee communication and change management
- Proven experience managing stakeholders to build employee engagement
- Skill in establishing and maintaining positive working relationships across the business
