The Front of House Assistant role sits within the Office Services team at Arup who are responsible for the effective operational management of the 5 Queensland offices. The team duties encompass the day-to-day provision of core services necessary to keeping the offices and all associated services running and future proof planning.  The team provides a high level of customer service to all internal clients and strive to constantly improve current systems and undertake regular monitoring to ascertain where improvements can be made. This role is a casual position and requires full-time presence in the Brisbane office from Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. 

The Opportunity

  • To assist the Workplace Experience Manager with ensuring effective and efficient administration of the office.
  • Provision of catering and amenities services.
  • Room setups for meetings, workshops and presentations
  • Assist Events Coordinator with internal/external events
  • Logging and notifying staff of incoming mail/parcels
