**The Role**:
Are you a highly organised and solutions-focused executive assistant with excellent attention to detail? Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a team that is passionate about playing to its strengths, to make a difference every day? If so, this is the perfect role for you
Providing executive-level support to the CEO, your most critical tasks will be diary management and board administration, together with responsibility for the front-of-house services and general office management.
**More specifically, you will be involved in the following**:
Providing extensive and dynamic diary management with a high level of competency and attention to detail;
Optimising and protecting the CEO's time while respecting their commitment to open access, transparency and team engagement;
Responsible for board administration including the assembly and distribution of board papers, minute taking that accurately reflects board meetings and the follow-up of board action items and reporting;
Responsible for the CEO's travel arrangements and expense management;
Monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications using a high degree of professionalism, judgement and discretion whilst maintaining confidentiality;
Being the first point of contact and managing workflows in relation to Lord Mayor requests, including management of all protocol documentation;
Responsible for the front-of-house services and general office management, including line management of the Head Office Receptionist; and
Provide support to the broader Leadership Team as required.
**Key skills & experience required**:
You will have experience supporting c-suite level executives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
You are confident in preparing, editing and managing board meetings with the preparation of agendas, papers, minute-taking, follow-up of action items and reporting;
You have excellent communication skills with a highly developed ability to use judgement and discretion when dealing with enquiries and disseminating information;
You have the confidence to work autonomously and the diplomacy to build mutually effective working relationships;
You describe yourself as a solutions-focused, highly organised and approachable person with impeccable attention to detail; and
