Where you’d be working:

Our Support Consultants work in the Brisbane branch for our customers located both local and globally.

What you’d be doing (your day will look like this): 

Our Support Consultants provide first and second level support services to our customers by email, telephone, MSTEAMs and at the customers’ site. Your expertise will be working within our facilities management modules (project, plant and services) that can also provide classroom and on-site training and consulting services.

You enjoy problem solving and troubleshooting, providing the right advice and solution to the customer. Your skills and experience in Facilities Management will assist you in this role. Using your knowledge of facilities management business processes and working closely with other departments, you will:

  • Triage and review reported issues
  • Review, analyse and provide advice with customers to understand ongoing impacts of their projects, plant maintenance and/or services processes
  • Engage with customers via multiple technology methods to discuss their requirements to provide solutions
  • Document program issues, and deployment of fixes

About you

We’re looking for Support Consultants who have:

  • Knowledge in various facilities management industries & processes who can transfer these skills to work within an ERP (Software) system.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Understanding of business operational needs
  • Superb communication skills are essential – both written and verbal.
  • Problem solving and issue resolution with attention to detail.
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • A positive ‘can do’ attitude and work ethic
  • Willingness to undergo a Police Check
  • Knowledge of Pronto Xi (not required but advantageous) or similar facilities management ERP software that encompasses Project Modules, Plant Maintenance Modules and/or Services Modules
  • This is not a technical position- we require someone with experience processing facilities management (project, plant maintenance, services) application business processes within a software environment.
