About the position

About our Pronto Woven Consultant opportunity: 

Reporting to the Woven Production Team Lead and working directly with corporate clients who use our ERP integrated solutions, our full-time Consultant provides consulting services for the implementation and delivery of digital projects within Woven’s product and solution suite.

Pronto Woven is the award-winning digital consultancy division of Pronto Software – an Australian developer of ERP and analytics software. The team’s innovative solutions transform customer and employee engagement across digital channels – extending the capabilities of Pronto Xi ERP and driving strategic change

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong digital background and a passion for helping organisations navigate and succeed in their digital journeys.

Our Woven Consultants:

Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and identify opportunities for digital transformation. Design and implement digital strategies that align with clients’ business goals and enhance their operational efficiency. Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes. Provide expert advice on best practices for implementation, integration, and optimisation. Conduct thorough analysis and provide recommendations to improve clients’ use of technology and data. Manage time, billings and clients to maximise revenue opportunities, provide service excellence and complete tasks undertaken. Liaise with other Pronto departments Provide feedback to the Team Lead, Project Manager, Account Manager and other stakeholders. Contribute to ongoing team process and product improvement initiatives. Deliver and facilitate workshops with stakeholders. Demo and train and support clients’ staff on new solutions and processes to ensure seamless adoption. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in digital transformation and ERP system and contribute to our internal knowledge base
