What will your typical day look like?

The SAP/SF SuccessFactors Senior Consultant will work with a team to provide SF expertise to our client. In your day to day you might at any time while working within the scope of your project:

Consult with the client, designing and building solutions to suit business conditions in the area of Human Capital Management Lead or participate in Functional Workshops on SuccessFactors modules across the HCM Suite Initiating design, configuration and set up across relevant modules Provide inputs into the cross-module design

You are a Certified Associate in one or a multiple SAP/SuccessFactors module with the following:

Strong functional and/or Technical knowledge of SuccessFactors modules Experience in gathering assessing and developing requirements from functional business owners Excellent verbal and written communication skills Customer service and problem-solving approach A can-do attitude Experience in working across multiple projects at any one time Degree in Computer Science field, Engineering, Business or Human Resources
