About the Company 

Our clients are a  family-owned skip bin hire business with a focus on delivering exceptional service to there loyal customers. Located in Ormond, they are looking for an energetic and switched-on individual to join there team as a Sales-Focused Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator.

About the Role

This part-time role is perfect for a sales-oriented multitasker
with strong communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll handle inbound sales, customer service, and logistics while nurturing leads and converting them into sales.

A mix of Morning and Afternoon Shifts, minimum 24 hrs per week.  Can either structure into 5 half days or 1 full day and 3 half days, flexibility is available.

  • Morning: 7 AM - 12 PM (2-3 times a week)
  • Afternoon: 12 PM - 4:30 PM

What you’ll do:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via phone and online.
  • Convert incoming enquiries into confirmed sales by identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Proactively manage leads and nurture them through the sales process.
  • Quote, book, and manage data entry for deliveries and pickups.
  • Oversee and adjust drivers’ schedules to optimize routes and timelines.
  • Monitor vehicles via GPS.
  • Organize council permits for bins placed on public land.
  • Collect payments over the phone and confirm pickups.
  • Manage customer relationships through our CRM (training provided).
