Logistics Coordinator for Inbound and Outbound Operations

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to oversee the planning, scheduling, loading, and unloading of inbound and outbound deliveries at our Distribution Centre. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role and possess a current forklift license.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and schedule all DC inbound and outbound transport movements ensuring timely delivery while adhering to OH&S policy and procedures.
- Responsible for safely loading and unloading vehicles, communicating with drivers, stores, and Support office to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor delivery schedules, update transportation systems, and maintain accurate documentation and freight data to assist with transport and budgeting processes.
- Prior experience in a logistics or warehouse environment.
- Current forklift license.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and maintain site safety requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and team orientation.
