Additional information:
These roles are Permanent, Part-time, 40-60hrs/fortnight.
The Hiring Manager for this role is Kenny Yap Fulfilment Operations Manager

This role requires availability to work a spread of hours from 2am to 2pm.
As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).
If you are successful for this role, you will be required to obtain a forklift license.

About this work area

As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs.
Receiving containers and unloading them using a counterbalance forklift. Locating pallets using a reach truck
Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers.
Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.
Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks.
Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse.
Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required.

A passion for optimising supply chain and fulfilment operations.
