What this job involves
JLL is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Property Manager to join our esteemed team at JLL's Perth office, located in Central Park. This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver exceptional Property Management services to a prominent Government client. Leveraging your meticulous attention to detail and strong administrative skills, you will provide crucial support to our Senior Property and Facilities Management team.
What sets this position apart is its distinctive portfolio, which includes the management of remote tropical islands. This role presents the exciting prospect of occasional travel to these amazing locations.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing accounts payable and administrative support to a Senior Property and Facilities Management team, ensuring compliance with JLL Corporate requirements for audits and risk management.
- Liaising with Contractors, Tenants, and Government stakeholders to address building maintenance requirements.
- Assisting with all portfolio and building reporting commitments.
- Assisting with the preparation of budgets, outgoings recoveries, forecasts, and graphs.
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly reports.
- Issuing purchase orders and setting up contracts in PAMS.
- Monitoring and actively pursuing rental arrears.
- Assisting in the Rent Review process (Fixed and CPI).
- Coding creditor tax invoices.
- Assisting with the production of Tenant Tax Invoices and Reconciliations across the portfolio.

The key to this role is efficiently and effectively managing all aspects of our clients' properties. You will be the key support person for this team, involved in Financials, Reporting, Strategy, Operations, and asset management for our clients. The ability to prioritize and meet deadlines is essential.
This role would be suitable for someone who is recently returning to the workforce, a university graduate, or someone looking for a new career within a leading real estate company.
