With clients from Mandurah through to Two Rocks, Property Reports Plus is trusted by hundreds of Residential and Commercial Property Managers to conduct their Routine Inspections, Property Condition Reports, Final Bond Inspections and Home Opens

**About the role**

Are you looking to get into Real Estate? Or are you looking to step back from the day-to-day stresses associated with Property Management? Why not try getting out on the road in this full-time position working around Inner-City areas

Most of your day is spent out on the road completing area specific jobs while our Admin team handles your scheduling. The rest of the day, you can spend in the comfort of your own home office or come and work from our state-of-the-art office in Wanneroo with private workspaces and communal office areas

**The role of Property Inspector will include**:

- Attending agencies throughout the greater Perth metro area to collect and return keys
- Thoroughly photographing properties
- Completing detailed voice recordings which is typed by a third party
- The use of many different app based programs for property inspections
- Ensuring reports are checked and photos uploaded in a timely manner from your home office
- Representing our company to a high standard and completing high quality reports

Typing of property condition reports is handled by a separate division of the company

**Skills and experience**

The successful applicant will be fully trained however should possess the following:

- Ability to work with well with technology
- Ability to problem solve
- Effective time management
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable motor vehicle and drivers license
- Home computer with Microsoft office and unlimited fast internet
- Completed or currently enrolled in the Property Management Course (registration does not need to be current) - Preferred, not essential

**How to apply**

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 22 per week
