Our client is an award-winning boutique agency, that now has a rare opportunity to join their team in a support role working closely with the Head of Department and Property Managers. Consequently, their business culture is one of excellence (and lots of fun). They encourage ideas and offer the opportunity for all staff to help shape the future success of the business via collaboration.

**The Position**
- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
- Assisting with Routine inspections
- Helping the Property Managers with final bonds
- Conducting home opens
- PM admin - coordinating lease agreements & advertising
- Maintenance

**The Criteria**
- **Previous assistant property management or inspections/leasing experience is preferred**:

- Tidy presentation & confident demeanor
- High-level customer service
- A team player who wants to add value to the department... and grow into a successful Property Manager
