About the role
We are currently seeking a full-time Assistant Property Manager to join our Retail Property Management team in Perth CBD. As the Assistant Property Manager, you will provide support to the Property Managers in delivering professional property management services to clients, tenants and other parties. You will work closely with tenants with a focus on building and maintaining long term, valued relationships and providing quality property management services.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Logging, actioning and completing tenant work requests
- Ensure the timely processing of invoices for payments
- Assisting the Property Manager with the preparation of the monthly management and financial reports
- Ensuring all lease documentation is in place and up to date
- Actioning rent reviews when required
- Assist the Property Managers with annual budgets and business plans
About You
You will be passionate about delivering quality service and thrive on building and fostering positive relationships with clients.
To be successful you will have:
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Experience in property management administration
- Knowledge of the Retail Tenancy Act
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
