We are looking for a skilled Senior Google API Developer with hands-on experience in building applications within Google Assured Workloads. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, particularly in utilizing Google APIs to develop robust and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and implement applications leveraging Google APIs, particularly within the Google Assured Workloads environment.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to define requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality software.
  3. Architect and implement secure and compliant solutions adhering to best practices within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Assured Workloads.
  4. Conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of applications.
  5. Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolution and continuous improvement.
  6. Stay updated on the latest Google API developments and incorporate new features and enhancements into existing and future projects.
  7. Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support in their professional growth and development.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as a software developer with a focus on building applications using Google APIs.
  3. Extensive knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and tools.
  4. Hands-on experience working with Google Assured Workloads and implementing security controls and compliance standards.
  5. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  6. Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  8. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  9. Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Google Cloud certification(s) such as Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect or Google Certified Professional Data Engineer.
  2. Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  3. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
