Claims performance Manager – Salary circa £52.000 (12-month secondment)

A bit about the job:

You, alongside two other Claims Performance Managers (as part of a wider Demand and Performance Team) will support the Personal Lines Claims Motor and Home operation by providing insight and analysis into how the claims system is performing.

This will entail:

Translating complex data and information into simple reporting solutions to aid the business in making informed decisions to deliver strategic objectives (including providing a feedback loop to our Underwriting and Pricing teams based on the outputs thereof as appropriate); Playing a pivotal role in the Home Transformation Acting as a first line of defence on all BI demand related requests, upskilling stakeholders as appropriate; Working closely with key stakeholders to ensure adherence to practices, processes, and procedures; Managing and mitigating risks effectively; Identifying areas for process improvement (both across Personal Lines Claims and within the direct team), taking accountability to embed as appropriate; Providing support to the Personal Line Claims Demand and Performance Lead as appropriate.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

Passion and experience for all things data; process and statistical analysis - competent with Excel and experience using Qlik desirable. Strong financial acumen, preferably with a relevant financial qualification. Able to turn complex data into simple strategic messages. Stakeholder management skills, comfortable working closely with leaders at all levels Excellent communication and prioritisation skills, with a can-do attitude and a high level of curiosity

Starting salary circa £52,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications) Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
