About You : Relevant tertiary qualification in a Computer Science, Business Analysis or Business-related discipline Passionate about delivering innovative products that solve complex problems and meet the needs of workers and client. Proven track record of success in product management, with a focus on Agile development methodologies and delivering business value Self-motivated and proactive, with a can-do attitude and a commitment to achieving results Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to senior executives, work collaboratively with teams, and communicate new functionality to users through a number of different mediums. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to manage competing priorities. Certification/accreditation in formal modelling techniques such as BPMN2.0 Experience in the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) processes and solutions Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Ideally, you have a previous technical background (e.g. previous developer or technical business analyst) who can converse technically with stakeholders experience working in the aged care sector with a deep understanding of the funding mechanisms, work practices, and regulations that govern the industry. A passion for improving the well-being of aged Australians and a commitment to delivering exceptional services that make a positive impact on their lives.
