About The Role

As Endeavour Foundation continues to grow and support the community and workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for a Local Area Marketing Team Leader 

  • Developing and implementing Local Area Marketing (LAM) campaign strategies aligned to positive brand awareness, stakeholder engagement and client growth.
  • Operating as a trusted business partner to Service Delivery stakeholders across central and north Queensland and maintain consistent communication / meeting rhythms.
  • Leading a team and overseeing the design of local area marketing tactics in response to organisational priorities.
  • Developing, piloting and delivering an innovative events strategy to achieve positive engagement within local area disability community and referral networks.
  • Identifying, negotiating and activating on local area sponsorship and partnership opportunities aligned to organisational values and growth priorities.
  • Driving optimum content, media and marketing practices by embedding best practice processes within the team.  
  • Providing on-the-ground support for activations that require community engagement or media support.
  • Developing and implementing effective planning, reporting and dashboards to track activity and performance across LAM activities.

What will you bring:

  • Minimum of 7 years professional marketing experience across traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing marketing strategies that are strategically aligned with organisational goals.
  • Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline including Marketing, Business or Communications.
  • High level relationship management, interpersonal and communication skills with an engaging and inspiring communication style.
  • Experience designing and delivering community events, including managing risk and contingencies.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of marketing principles and best practices within a large organisation.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading successful, engaged, and high performing teams.
