About The Role

With Endeavour Foundation's expansion and ongoing support for the community as a key disability service provider, there is an exciting opportunity for a Local Area Marketing Team Leader.

  • Development and execution of Local Area Marketing (LAM) campaign strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage stakeholders, and drive client growth.
  • Serving as a trusted partner to Service Delivery stakeholders in central and north Queensland, maintaining consistent communication and meetings.
  • Leadership of a team and supervision of the creation of local area marketing strategies to align with organizational priorities.
  • Innovating event strategies to foster engagement within the local disability community and referral networks.
  • Securing and leveraging local area sponsorship and partnership opportunities in line with organizational values and growth objectives.
  • Championing optimal content, media, and marketing practices by instilling best processes within the team.
  • Providing on-site support for community engagement or media-backed activities.
  • Establishing effective planning, reporting, and dashboards for tracking performance across LAM initiatives.

What will you bring:

  • At least 7 years of professional marketing experience spanning traditional and digital channels.
  • Proven track record in implementing marketing strategies that align strategically with organizational aims.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
  • Strong relationship management, interpersonal, and communication skills with an engaging style.
  • Experience in organizing community events, including risk management.
  • Budget management proficiency.
  • Comprehensive understanding of marketing principles and best practices within sizable organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in leading dynamic and high-performing teams.
