Administration Officer

your responsibilities will include:
Perform a broad range of administration duties including:Manage a busy Admission desk
Answer and redirect calls
Organise appointments and prepare admission paperwork
Conduct follow up requests and make reminder calls for visits
Maintain accurate and effective record management systems including preparation of medical records
Perform Health Fund Checks as required
Manage the collection of excesses/co payments
Coordinate with staff from other departments
Complete other clerical tasks such as data entry
Griffith Rehabilitation Hospital is a private, 64 bed Rehabilitation hospital which prides itself on a high standard of patient care. Located in Hove, near Brighton/Glenelg, we offer both in-patient and day patient therapy.
Selection Criteria:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment Strong attention to detail Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) Works well independently and within a team Flexible to work a variety of shifts – early/late shifts & weekend work WebPas Hospital system experience (Desired)-
