Role Overview:

As a Revenue Assurance Manager, you will oversee all billing services, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the board. You will manage a team of six dedicated professionals, working collaboratively to maintain and enhance our billing processes. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working, allowing you to balance time between our Sydney or Melbourne office and the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all billing services, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Lead and mentor a team of six billing professionals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise billing processes.
  • Analyse billing systems and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align billing practices with overall business strategy.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor revenue streams and identify potential areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management.

  • Strong systems orientation with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven experience in billing management, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to analyse complex systems and make strategic recommendations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
