Assurance Coordinator, Temporary for 12 Months, locations are flexible across NSW with hybrid working.


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assurance Coordinator to join The Quality Assurance & Support team within Fines & Debt at Revenue NSW.

This is an exciting role leading a small team that supports Tax Debt Operations. You will coordinate, implement and conduct a wide range of quality assurance activities.

This will include but not be limited to; the development of a range of support and assurance procedures; audits; management reviews; and, the analysis of data to ensure compliance with legislation, policy and procedures.

You will promote and foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

  • A passion for driving continuous improvement and building a quality culture across teams
  • Experience working with project teams or work groups to deliver improved ways of working or new processes to support a customer service team in a regulated environment.
  • An ability to read and understand legislation, and impart the intention and meaning of same through the creation of quality assurance support documentation

Salary Clerk Grade 7/8, with the base salary for this role starting at $101,947 base plus superannuation
