Customer Service Agent | Sydney

We are looking for reliable, proactive, and adaptable individuals with a passion for service and a positive "can do" attitude to join our friendly, committed and successful Customer Service Centre team. With a strong team culture, we are committed to our peoples' growth and well-being.
Reporting to the NSW Head of Sales and Customer, the primary purpose of the Customer Service Agent's role is to provide a quality and professional level of service to our customers. This is achieved through being responsive to Hymix's customers' needs as well as accurately and efficiently managing their concrete.

In your new role, you will:

Deliver a great customer experience Handle a range of inbound customer calls from around Australia Effectively manage customer orders for concrete
