If you're passionate about sourcing top-notch Developers and possess the knack for scouting talent across diverse roles including sales, operations, and niche legal expertise across Australia and New Zealand, then you’ll be the perfect fit to drive our hiring success

Requirements

What you'll do

  • Develop recruitment strategies: Design and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. Take a proactive approach – we need you to lead the charge in headhunting top talent, both externally and internally.
  • Manage hiring process: Oversee the entire hiring process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate, and hiring manager experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with key stakeholders to understand talent needs and develop job descriptions that align with our EVP.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance and promote our newly created EVP and proactively build brand awareness in the market. Use your networking skills to attend and host meet-ups.
  • Data-driven decisions: Utilise recruitment metrics and analytics to refine hiring processes and improve efficiency. Provide insights to stakeholders on recruiting practices.
  • Internal coaching: You'll be the recruitment guru, coaching and empowering our teams to nail every hire, making the hiring process a breeze for everyone involved.

What you'll bring

  • Speciality in Dev recruitment, with the ability and willingness to recruit across a range of roles (from sales to finance, to those with niche legal backgrounds).
  • Strong relationship skills: you connect easily with others and can flex your style to establish effective relationships.
  • Disposition to work and execute fast, without compromising on quality. You have a bias for action, and don’t sit around waiting to be told what to do.
  • Expert head-hunter: proven track record in headhunting top talent, utilising innovative sourcing techniques and networking to attract high-calibre candidates. You’re always scanning the market for talent, even when a role is inactive.
  • Business acumen: you understand the nature and interdependencies of business functions and supporting processes. You can connect the dots with what’s happening in our business and industry, to maximize results.
  • Analytical thinking: you’re proficient in utilising data and metrics to drive informed decision-making and optimise recruitment processes.
  • LEAP is an inclusive, people-first company committed to breaking down institutional barriers that keep people from reaching their potential. If you meet some, but not all of the requirements above, we encourage you to still submit your application.

Benefits

  • Flexible, hybrid working
  • Friendly, supportive, and driven culture
  • Generous Parental Leave benefits
  • One additional paid Wellness Day per year
  • Complimentary gym membership
  • Fully stocked pantry
  • Monthly massages
