We're seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to spearhead our recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract top talent and establish a robust employer brand across our multiple entities. If you have a passion for identifying top Developers and excel at scouting talent for roles in sales, operations, and specialized legal fields in Australia and New Zealand, you're the perfect fit to drive our recruitment success

Expectations

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft recruitment strategies: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to draw top-tier candidates. Take a proactive approach in headhunting exceptional talent both externally and internally.
  • Oversee hiring processes: Manage the complete hiring process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with key stakeholders to comprehend talent requirements and create job descriptions that resonate with our EVP.
  • Enhance Employer Branding: Promote our newly established EVP and enhance brand visibility in the market. Leverage your networking skills by participating in and hosting meet-ups.
  • Data-driven decision-making: Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to fine-tune hiring processes and enhance efficiency. Offer insights to stakeholders on recruitment practices.
  • Internal mentoring: Be the recruitment expert, coaching and empowering our teams to ace every hire, streamlining the hiring process for all parties involved.

Desired Qualifications

  • Specialization in Dev recruitment, with the capability and willingness to recruit for various roles (from sales to finance, and those with specialized legal backgrounds).
  • Effective relationship-building skills: Easily establish connections with others and adapt your approach to foster productive relationships.
  • Ability to work and deliver efficiently, maintaining high standards. Act swiftly and decisively, without waiting for instructions.
  • Skilled head-hunter: Demonstrated success in targeting top talent, utilizing creative sourcing methods and networking to attract exceptional candidates. Continuously scout the market for talent, even when a position is inactive.
  • Business acumen: Comprehend the nature and interrelationships of business functions and supporting processes. Connect the dots between our business, industry trends, and maximize outcomes.
  • Analytical mindset: Proficient in leveraging data and metrics to steer informed decision-making and optimize recruitment procedures.
