Committed to providing outstanding service that leaves a lasting impression. Comfortable spending a significant portion of your day on the phone, assisting members. The technical stuff: You will have a reliable and fast broadband service (NBN or ADSL) & be confident in using various IT software. All necessary equipment for the role will be provided by ahm.
Working from home offers incredible advantages, like flexibility and convenience, yet it demands the same level of professionalism as any office environment. Your workspace should be a sanctuary of focus, quiet, and ergonomic comfort. While we empower you with resources and support for your remote role, structure is key. Your workday begins and ends as per your rostered times, and you’ll have scheduled breaks.
