Overview

Join a dynamic team within a leading commercial client as a SIT Test Lead for a major D365 Finance & Operations implementation project. This initial 6-month contract offers significant scope for extension, providing an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise in leading System Integration Testing (SIT) efforts on a critical business project.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end System Integration Testing (SIT) lifecycle for D365 Finance & Operations, ensuring successful integration and alignment with business needs.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans based on project requirements and business user stories.
  • Oversee the coordination and execution of SIT activities, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
  • Manage defect triage processes and drive resolution with cross-functional teams.
  • Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test summary reports.
  • Identify and report on quality risks, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, ensuring all deliverables meet defined quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively to align testing outcomes with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Skills

  • 5 years of experience as a Test Lead with expertise in managing complex SIT initiatives, within D365 Finance & Operations.
  • Recent or current experience as a Test Lead working on D365 Finance & Operations implementations is essential.
  • Proven expertise in leading SIT for complex system integration projects, with a focus on D365 F&O.
  • Strong background in developing test strategies and managing execution across system integration phases, including aligning with business user stories.
  • Expertise in coordinating defect management and triage processes.
  • Ability to document test outcomes, risks, and overall quality assessments clearly and concisely.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working on large-scale, dynamic projects and handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to ensure that high-quality products are delivered within tight timelines.
