Overview

Our large commercial client is looking for an experienced Test Lead to drive testing initiatives across critical projects. This initial 5-month contract offers a fantastic opportunity for a strategic leader with a focus on quality assurance and effective project management. As the Test Lead, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring the success of high-impact projects, leading testing efforts and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire testing lifecycle—from planning and coordination to execution.
  • Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans tailored to project needs.
  • Drive and manage System Integration Testing (SIT) activities, ensuring thorough, efficient processes.
  • Implement and oversee defect triage processes to streamline issue resolution.
  • Document test summaries and maintain detailed records of test activities and outcomes.
  • Identify and communicate quality risks and project outcomes, ensuring high standards.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to meet requirements and deliver reliable, high-quality products.

Skills

  • 5 years of experience as a Test Lead with strong project management capabilities.
  • Expertise in test planning, SIT management, and defect coordination.
  • Proficiency in Selenium, Playwright, and Postman Collections for automation testing.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, .NET, C#, and Python.
  • Skilled in documenting test reports and assessing quality risks.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
