Join Our Team as Volunteer Strategy & Development Manager 

Salvos Stores is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join our People Leadership Team as the Volunteer Strategy & Development Manager. This pivotal role is dedicated to the growth, development, and retention of our volunteer workforce, ensuring they are central to our mission and commercial success.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead, co-design and implement our Volunteer Strategy, to deliver growth and an exceptional volunteer experience.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to align volunteering initiatives with our overall strategy.
  • Drive volunteer attraction, development, recognition, and retention initiatives.
  • Foster an inclusive culture where volunteers feel valued and their voices are heard.
  • Research and develop volunteer workforce plans to meet current and future needs.
  • Enhance volunteer communications and develop new partnerships to expand our volunteer base.
  • Key contributor to the design and delivery of a suite of leadership development programs for Salvos Stores.
