About the Role:

Due to our continued growth, NRW Holdings has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mobilisation Administrator to join our busy Recruitment team located in our Belmont head office. Reporting directly into our Mobilisation Lead, you will be a well-motivated individual where your high standards of service and attention to detail will shine through into your work.

To be considered for this position; you must possess the following as a minimum:

  • Previous experience in high volume mobilisation tasks - such as medical and course bookings along with coordinating NRW and client inductions necessary for mobilisations
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and work effectively and efficiently within a team environment
  • A positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • A strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

As a Mobilisation Administrator, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Assisting with the onboarding process of new employee mobilisations to ensure they are carried out in accordance with each projects requirements
  • Providing support to the Recruitment team as required
  • Reviewing and administering the collection of all incoming recruitment documentation and cross check for compliance
  • Data entry of certificate and qualification details into HR Systems
  • Providing additional administrative support to HR staff and other ad-hoc duties as required
